~        Designed, developed, and deployed the microprocessor-based Toroid Beam Charge Measurement system. Measures the beam charge contained in each pulse from the accelerator.


~        Programmed microcontroller for real time, fail-safe operation under mission critical conditions.

~        Worked with Dr. T. C. Marshall on the Free Electron Laser project designing and executing experiments using the 800 Kilovolt pulse-line accelerator and a helical undulator to make radiation in millimeter wavelengths.


~        Instituted computer controlled data acquisition system using three oscilloscopes including an ultra-fast transient digitizer with a 4.5 GHz bandwidth.

~        Free Electron Laser, particle storage ring, and Ultra-High Vacuum technologies.
